The bathroom fittings, especially the shower, could use better maintenance. The lack of privacy on the balcony was concerning. a maintenance door allowed other guests access, which made me feel unsafe. Additionally, I found there weren't enough power outlets to charge devices comfortably.

staying at phoenix flower was a delight! the staff was super helpful, even letting us borrow a motorbike for free. i loved the big balcony with a gorgeous view of the bay, which made our stay really special.

Just stayed in the Family Room with Sea View for 4 nights. The beds were super comfy and the room was really clean! The view was a total highlight, and it made my mornings brighter. The staff, especially Julie and Seven, were amazing—they really took care of me! Only downside was that I wish there were more power outlets available. But overall, a great room!
